Positive Behavior Incentives
Wildcat High Fives
Earned for going above and beyond, demonstrating citizenship, or consistently following behavior expectations. These accumulate to earn rewards from the High Five Reward Menu.
Classes or groups of students earn compliments from other staff members for demonstrating expectations. Once the class receives 100 compliments, they have a celebration and post a pawprint outside their door.
Schoolwide Goal: 8000
Students identify students or staff who go above and beyond to help them, report it to their teacher, and complete a "pawsitive praise" form to be displayed on the bulletin board.
Students who have no minor or major discipline referrals, no tardies, and perfect attendance are rewarded with a fun activity one afternoon a month.
